 故事發(fā)生在遙遠的2078年，礦業(yè)組織NEB在天狼星6B行星上發(fā)現(xiàn)了名為“Berynium”的元素，該元素蘊含著巨大的能量，可以用來充當能源使用。組織派遣了一批礦工前往行星進行能源開采，然而工人們很快就發(fā)現(xiàn)，Berynium擁有強烈的放射性，根本不適合使用。雖然礦工們強烈要求停止任務(wù)，但組織卻不為所動，無奈之下，礦工們自發(fā)的組成了“聯(lián)盟”，和組織之間開始漫長的對抗。為了抵擋組織的猛烈攻擊，聯(lián)盟研制出了小型機器人“Screamer”，它擁有敏捷的身手和強大的攻擊力，給敵方造成了巨大的傷害。然而，聯(lián)盟并不知道的是，在不知不覺間，機器人們已經(jīng)進化出了自我意識，想要成為這顆星球上的主宰者。

　　在某臨近海濱的醫(yī)院內(nèi)，住著一個無依無靠的中年男子金珉昊（千浩振 飾）。由于左半邊身體失去知覺，加上腦神經(jīng)受損，因此他無時無刻不想了結(jié)這苦難的人生。這一日，醫(yī)院送來了另一位沒有任何親眷的病號，他的名字叫做樸尚樺（劉海鎮(zhèn) 飾），因腦部受損而失去了記憶，與金安排在同一個加護病房。樸的到來，激起金珉昊心中無限的波瀾。這兩個男人似乎曾有著無限的仇恨與瓜葛，致令金想盡各種辦法要置其于死地，而漸漸恢復記憶的樸也將同樣的仇恨傾瀉于金珉昊?！　∨c此同時，神秘的白醫(yī)生一反常態(tài)對兩個男人進行特殊關(guān)護，并且用匪夷所思的治療方法幫助他們恢復健康。這一切的背后，似乎隱藏著更大的謎團……
