俠盜“一枝花”專劫富濟(jì)貧故為人欽佩，卻因正義感得罪了一名蛇蝎美人，該女子名叫“仇女”雖嫁與一土豪“孤寒財(cái)主”為妾但始終不忘被“一枝花”所辱，誓必要將“一枝花”置于死地?！耙恢ā崩僳E江湖，但“仇女”并未因而放過他，反而更誣造許多盜竊案令官方大舉追緝之。其時(shí)江湖上出現(xiàn)兩個(gè)小人物，一肥一瘦，肥名“脹爆”為人憨直，因仰慕“一枝花”而喜扮大俠，瘦名“扭紋柴”常自作聰明經(jīng)常撞板，喜占小便宜，為了官方之花紅到處找尋“一枝花”，而偶遇上“脹爆”后來反成莫逆之交，兩人更結(jié)伴一同尋找“一枝花”……
