　　會(huì)計(jì)師卡爾文（凱文·哈特 Kevin Hart 飾）在高中時(shí)代曾是學(xué)校的體育明星，他熱心張羅高中同學(xué)聚會(huì)，于是在Facebook上聯(lián)系到了老同學(xué)鮑勃（道恩·強(qiáng)森 Dwayne Johnson 飾），他沒想到這個(gè)在高中時(shí)常受欺負(fù)的老同學(xué)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是CIA的職業(yè)殺手，而他也萬萬沒想到自己將被卷入制止軍事秘密泄露的任務(wù)中。

杰弗里（凱爾·麥克拉克倫 Kyle MacLachlan 飾）為了照料父親而回到了久違的家鄉(xiāng)小鎮(zhèn)，哪知道在誤打誤撞之中令一場兇殺案件浮出水面，杰弗里就此結(jié)識(shí)了負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)查此案的警察威廉斯（喬治·迪克森 George Dickerson 飾），以及他的女兒桑迪（勞拉·鄧恩 Laura Dern 飾）。桑迪告訴杰弗里，時(shí)間的真相或許和一個(gè)名叫多蘿西（伊莎貝拉·羅西里尼 Isabella Rossellini 飾）的歌女有關(guān)。　　美麗神秘的多蘿西很快就令杰弗里失去了理智，他偷偷的潛入了多蘿西家中，恰巧發(fā)現(xiàn)了多蘿西正在被一個(gè)名為弗蘭克（丹尼斯·霍珀 Dennis Hopper 飾）的黑幫大佬虐待的事實(shí)。此時(shí)的杰弗里才開始意識(shí)到，在自己的視線范圍之外，發(fā)生著很多黑暗而又罪惡的可怕之事。

　　現(xiàn)場網(wǎng)的馬楠（孫驍瀟 飾）和小魚（吳楚 飾）是一對相戀多年的情侶，馬楠不久在郊外購得一處房產(chǎn)，剛好又趕上小魚的生日。于是他叫來同事兼好友張博（吳超 飾）、吳曉（馮波 飾）、龍梅（王思思 飾），為小魚策劃了一次生日派對，并計(jì)劃向小魚求婚。除了曾與小魚有過露水因緣張博外，整晚的派對都在歡快的氣氛下進(jìn)行。馬楠家隔壁住著一對經(jīng)常吵架的夫妻，異常聒噪的吵鬧聲引起吳曉等八卦女的好奇，她們結(jié)伴來到隔壁一探究竟，卻意外發(fā)現(xiàn)恐怖血腥的殺人現(xiàn)場?！　≡揪妥粝∩俚墓?，此時(shí)仿佛變成一座巨大的鬼屋。不斷閃爍的燈光，凄厲刺耳的尖叫聲以及喪心病狂的殺人者。一種如瘟疫般的病毒在公寓內(nèi)肆意蔓延……

　　米歇爾?法爾蓋特（休?格蘭特 飾）經(jīng)營一間拍賣行，他是個(gè)溫和的英國人，拍賣行的生意一向很好。他感覺成家的時(shí)候到了，便向他最愛的女友吉娜（詹姆斯?凱恩 飾）結(jié)婚?？墒羌葘Y(jié)婚一詞十分抗拒，她不愿意跟米歇爾結(jié)婚。這樣使米歇爾疑惑極了，他認(rèn)為女友是十分愛自己的，為何不能從此一同生活呢？　　直到后來，他才明白了吉娜的苦心。原來吉娜的父親是一名黑幫老大，深愛著米歇爾的吉娜不愿自己的丈夫被卷進(jìn)復(fù)雜的黑幫環(huán)境中。就算米歇爾向吉娜保證自己不會(huì)牽涉進(jìn)去那些麻煩當(dāng)中?！　】墒鞘虑椴⒉蝗缛艘?，他還是因?yàn)檫@個(gè)黑幫岳父惹來了很多麻煩，甚至被警察調(diào)查。從此，米歇爾也莫名其妙的成為了黑道中人……

洛杉磯警探喬瑟夫（克萊格·謝菲爾 飾）是個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)敗類，嗑藥嗑得比誰都勤快，調(diào)查命案不忘順手牽羊，更枉顧家中妻小，專搞迷人可愛的阻街女郎。一宗幼童謀殺案現(xiàn)場，喬瑟夫撿回一只受過詛咒的奇異盒子，打開后怪事不斷一樁接一樁：昨夜搞上的妓女意外身亡，他瞬間成為頭號嫌疑犯；一連串似幻似真的恐怖體驗(yàn)更不斷尾隨，無臉怪人四處追殺人群，《養(yǎng)鬼吃人》系列當(dāng)家猛鬼－針頭鬼（Pinhead）也重出江湖，一個(gè)頭兩個(gè)大的喬瑟夫該如何解決這謎一般的虛實(shí)夢魘？本片改編自克里夫巴克（Clive Barker）恐怖小說「受地獄羈絆之心」The Hellbound Heart，這顆壞心腸的主人正是故事男主角喬瑟夫，身為警察的他自身行為不檢點(diǎn)也罷，涉嫌謀殺難以脫罪的他竟然嫁禍好同事，善惡終有報(bào)，惡徒喬瑟夫果然陷入萬劫不復(fù)的魔鬼夢魘，活著比死更痛苦。

等待方舟

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.
