《私人會所》的故事講述家境不佳大學生Milo（馮海銳飾）因好友巧盈（陳美伊飾）炒股失利，結(jié)果跟巧盈一起到仿如夜總會運作高級私人會所Balcony工作賺錢，在Joey媽（陳潔玲飾）的帶領下，與菲菲（湯加文飾）與Sabrina（鍾卓菲飾）每晚陪著客人。証券分析員 Steven（李任燊飾）在工作關(guān)係由富二代Lucas（麥子樂飾）帶到Balcony，並且認識了莊家倫爺（李凱賢飾）及阿傑（陳詠謙飾）。Stephen首次在Balcony便遇上首天工作的Milo，並且互相發(fā)展。考了經(jīng)紀牌的巧盈則希望能讓陳傑開戶，而Lucas在不得志下卻對Joey媽有感，而倫爺卻對菲菲有其好感。不過在股場之下，卻隱藏著暗湧，影響眾人命運。
