在一次帶著幼女和妻子郊外度假過程中，醫(yī)生的為了營救下湖游泳被水中漁網(wǎng)纏住溺死的妻子，幾乎窒息而死幸被救。若干年后，一次無意中接觸到BDSM，受虐中的窒息感覺，讓醫(yī)生恍惚中回到營救妻子的水下，這種感覺讓醫(yī)生愛上受虐。于是，一發(fā)不可收拾，在一次差點(diǎn)窒息而死的受虐中，施虐女不愿繼續(xù)，但醫(yī)生苦苦相求，更是跟隨其進(jìn)入一個BDSM酒吧。
