懲教署職員柳記雄（羅莽）因行為不檢被上司革職，又欠丅貴利數(shù)，被迫鋌而走險(xiǎn)，于是祂學(xué)習(xí)獄鈡的菲律賓黨及錢(qián)志明之迷惑橋，出此丅策支撐生計(jì)。小虹（翁虹）誤鈡迷惑黨招數(shù)，丈夫（徐錦江）所有積攢全被提取，更惹起丈夫懷疑自己有否被歹徒施暴，導(dǎo)致一陣綠帽疑云。另一受害者釹學(xué)生云（錢(qián)軍）青春漂亮，柳記雄手丅更萌起歪念，將之迷奸，并向云父勒索。事情愈搞愈大，警方矢志將迷惑黨緝拿歸案，老差骨與新仔（陳國(guó)邦）皆全力以赴。

　　該取材于武穴市4000多名黨員下社區(qū)、進(jìn)小區(qū)，通過(guò)黨建引領(lǐng)老舊小區(qū)改造的故事：建于上世紀(jì)七、八十年代的老油廠小區(qū)，有9棟樓160多戶(hù)居民，是一個(gè)典型的無(wú)物管、無(wú)主管部門(mén)、無(wú)人防物防的“三無(wú)”小區(qū)。這里許多居民亂搭亂建雜物間、小車(chē)棚，下水道破損無(wú)人維修，生活污水橫流，居住環(huán)境十分惡劣。有條件的住戶(hù)外出購(gòu)房搬離后，又將這里的房子出租出去，導(dǎo)致這兒的居住環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜。龍?zhí)渡鐓^(qū)主任張昊陽(yáng)借老舊小區(qū)改造之際，做活黨建+的文章，派出社區(qū)片警樊玉鋒任第一支部書(shū)記，引導(dǎo)居民開(kāi)展“法治、德治、自治”。在社區(qū)工作者和小區(qū)黨支部+業(yè)主委員會(huì)的共同努力下，解決了一批居民急難愁盼的事，終于讓居住在這里的近千名群眾生活出現(xiàn)了新業(yè)態(tài)。

Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
