劇情縱覽
年輕貴族藍(lán)郎愛上富商女兒瑪麗芭。藍(lán)郎的仆人Sempronio 建議找女巫Celestina來促進(jìn)此事。但另外一個仆人Parmeno 對女巫深感懷疑，因?yàn)樗宄浪陌褢?。其后女巫讓瑪麗芭深信藍(lán)郎對他的愛 ，并安排一個秘密會面, 藍(lán)郎給了女巫子一條昂貴的金鏈子。兩位仆人都不滿意女巫提供給他們的妓女，他們提出更多的要求，因此引發(fā)了一連串的戲劇化事情。

Robbins is sentenced to prison for the assassination of his general officer, a prison you leave only when you die. Since nobody ever leaves the prison, nobody knows what the prison is like.
