街頭霸王創(chuàng)作者 Sam 編寫了最新之游戲軟件后, 回來家園渡假, 香港及菲律賓兩大電腦公司為搶奪代理權(quán)趕赴馬尼拉找 Sam. 香港代表 Ben 與菲律賓代表 Lisa 在機(jī)場接到的竟是 Dickson, 本來 Sam 不欲公務(wù)打擾假日, 以幫手 Dickson 代替.
