愛獸 惡之華

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

　　電話公司里有四位全棟大廈聞名的“豬扒”：患罕見脫發(fā)癥導(dǎo)致頭發(fā)稀疏的阿Mo（李嘉欣 飾）、荷爾蒙過剩的保安主管蘇眉（莫文蔚 飾）、臉上有大塊惡心胎記的計(jì)算機(jī)部員工“態(tài)貓”（林熙蕾 飾）、哨牙蒙眼的秘書阿刨（關(guān)秀媚 飾）。四個(gè)“豬扒”在公司雖然工作努力，但因樣子問題經(jīng)常遭到宣傳部主管“妖姬”嘲笑和排擠，四人敢怒不敢言，直到一天公司因經(jīng)濟(jì)不景氣四人同時(shí)遭到了解雇。公司設(shè)計(jì)師春春（陳小春 飾）可憐四人的遭遇，與細(xì)龜和阿倫想出了一條別出心裁的妙計(jì)，幫助四人籌款整容。春春的妙計(jì)能否湊效，四位“豬扒”又能否咸魚翻身？

　　《恐怖的二樓》少年畑野龍（鈴木福 飾）似乎天生具有靈視的能力，他和外婆、媽媽（YOU 飾）搬到新家，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)他們不是這里的唯一住戶。小龍看見了女鬼，可是媽媽卻不相信；《X醫(yī)院》信心受挫的實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)生佐佐木直樹（藤谷太輔 飾）倍感壓力，在此期間，各種詭異事件也交替在他身邊出現(xiàn)，令他疲于奔命；《影子的暗示》厭倦了枯燥的工作，遠(yuǎn)山美和（深田恭子 飾）計(jì)劃轉(zhuǎn)職旅游公司，期間她時(shí)常會(huì)看見神秘黑影，而黑影所至之處必然發(fā)生災(zāi)難；《女子高中大危機(jī)》在女子高中任教的澤木洋介（坂口憲二 飾），其班上名叫亞里沙的女孩似乎制作了一個(gè)地下網(wǎng)站，他沒有料到，恐怖的危機(jī)正慢慢降臨這所高中；《蠕動(dòng)的人偶》園田里菜（指原莉乃 飾）在街上相中了一個(gè)士兵人偶，于是不假思索將其買了下來，誰知這個(gè)仿佛有生命的玩偶正漸漸影響她的生活。

　　在一個(gè)喧鬧、嘈雜的迪廳中，一群衣著時(shí)尚暴露的青年男女正在吸食著毒品，隨著毒品效果的發(fā)作，男女們的行為更加放蕩，而就在這群人中一個(gè)憂郁冷峻的年輕人林雨（任泉 飾）正在若有所思的抽著煙。這時(shí)，大批的警察突襲迪廳，混亂中林雨奮力的向外沖去，慌忙中他把一個(gè)擋在面前的警察扎倒在地……黎明，驚魂未定的林雨被帶進(jìn)了城東看守所，獄警盧建軍（果靜林 飾）在一旁冷眼旁觀，然而讓他始料不及的是，一段被埋藏了二十多年的驚天秘密，將在他和這個(gè)鋃鐺入獄的年輕人之間展開。
