洪景龍的東方影視公司，計(jì)劃送旗下紅星李麗花與日本大手藝能會(huì)社合作，但其社長剛史和洪因條件談不攏，而麗花與剛卻擦出火花，暗中幽會(huì)。后剛接獲一神秘女子電話，聲稱掌握剛罪證，令剛潛意識(shí)精神分裂爆發(fā)，更為永遠(yuǎn)占有麗花而把她殺掉。洪知后為了復(fù)仇，把剛力捧女星百花殺死，剛與洪因此拼斗，而剛之妻明美見剛倒地后，乘機(jī)偷襲洪，后剛被刑警逮捕，查出令剛精神分裂的神秘女子，竟就是其妻明美
