　　香港警察朱福龍（甄子丹 飾）因一次工作失誤慘被降級(jí)，萬般無奈之際又遭未婚妻可兒（周勵(lì)淇 飾）悔婚，事業(yè)愛情的雙重打擊令他一蹶不振，暴飲暴食六個(gè)月后體重猛增到220磅！上司黃警官不忍其繼續(xù)墮落，委派朱福龍前往日本押送一名犯人，并承諾只要完成任務(wù)就可以為他恢復(fù)職位?？上淼饺毡?，倒霉的事件便接連在他身上發(fā)生，不僅財(cái)物盡失，連犯人也在押送途中逃脫了。幸好得到前香港警察瀟灑哥（王晶 飾）的幫助才得以暫時(shí)解困，為了完成任務(wù)找回犯人，朱福龍與瀟灑哥共同行動(dòng)，不料在查找真相的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了日本黑幫的驚天陰謀......
