未央生和賽昆侖流落江湖，以淫技胡混為生。未央生在市鎮(zhèn)無聊地游逛，下體卻無故隆起狼狽不堪，賽昆侖施展恫嚇手段，令未央生巨根投降，不久未央生又再無故擎起，苦惱不矣，唯有走訪神醫(yī)，但神醫(yī)巳落入黑風寨手里。 兩人男扮女裝，混作女俘，送入寨中。結果被寨主夫人及姬妾識破，將兩人榨干，寨主夫人并透露給寨主知，未央生之巨根實在神奇，要寨主換了“他”。 未央生被綁至神醫(yī)前動手術，千鈞一發(fā)之際，賽昆侖打翻房中“遲鈍劑”三人趁機逃脫，返回神醫(yī)住處，神醫(yī)應未央生要求，為他換回原來自己的子孫根，不料神醫(yī)助手說未央生的子孫根巳被他人慕名而至，高價換去，那人身下有紅痣。未央生晴天霹靂，決意天涯海再也要尋回自己的“根” 。
