眠狂四郎

在將軍德川家齊統(tǒng)治下的文政年間，老中水野忠成與水野忠邦在幕府內(nèi)展開激烈的權(quán)力斗爭。此時，攜帶名刀“無想正宗”的神秘浪人眠狂四郎（長谷川博己 飾）現(xiàn)身江戶，并受忠邦的親信之命，暗中刺殺刺客。被他斬殺的刺客頸上佩戴著象征基督信仰的念珠。隨后，狂四郎將此物交還給刺客的妹妹靜香，引發(fā)信徒與豪商備前屋的反擊，雙方為守護與暗殺而對立。另一方面，大目付松平主水正也奉忠成之命，派遣劍豪追殺狂四郎。權(quán)謀與信仰交織，一場錯綜復(fù)雜的生死之戰(zhàn)即將展開。
