退休舞男Simon現(xiàn)從事古董買賣經(jīng)紀(jì),生性風(fēng)流倜儻,他的表弟Mike是一個(gè)新入行的舞男,因事惹上官司,Simon為救表弟,因而與性格保守的女助理檢控官Sandy相識,最后Simon于庭上斗贏了Sandy,令Sandy對他又愛又恨。富家太太留太太嫁了世家子Peter,沒有女兒,令家族甚為不滿,Peter遂與妻子合謀用金錢雇請舞男借種,唯留太太只看中退休舞男Simon。Sandy有陰險(xiǎn)上司林沖,時(shí)常壓迫她,并且聯(lián)合殺鴨警司掃蕩舞男,Sandy這時(shí)對Simon有愛慕之意,欲通知Simon,結(jié)果反被上司知悉,遭受革退,Simon知悉Sandy消沉,極盼與Sandy和好發(fā)展一段真正友情,留太太本來利用Simon借種,結(jié)果愛上Simon,苦纏Simon,Simon欲向留太太攤牌,Peter出現(xiàn),糾纏間Simon錯(cuò)手殺了Peter,留太太大力指證simon謀殺丈夫。Sandy為救情郎充任Simon辯護(hù)律師運(yùn)用智謀,引得留太太暴露弱點(diǎn),成為污點(diǎn)證人,Simon無罪釋放。

  一位單親母親帶著兩個(gè)女兒在鄉(xiāng)下生活數(shù)年后重返臺北,在熱鬧的夜市擺起小吃攤。面對新環(huán)境,三人以各自的方式努力適應(yīng),既要維持生計(jì)又要守護(hù)家庭完整。當(dāng)傳統(tǒng)觀念根深蒂固的外祖父禁止左撇子小孫女使用"惡魔之手"后,這個(gè)三代同堂家庭深埋的秘密開始逐漸浮出水面。

  劉雅歷(林子祥 飾)是一名廣告公司高層,但感情生活并不如意——女友碧姬(關(guān)之琳 飾)與他分手了。本來就沉默寡言的雅歷更加孤寂傷痛了,生活依舊刻板平凡?! 『髞硭谝粋€(gè)合唱團(tuán)里認(rèn)識了一位極有天分的女孩巫慧敏(周慧敏 飾),本來打算對她多加照顧培訓(xùn),卻遭到慧敏母親朱麗娥(鄭裕玲 飾)的不滿,以為雅歷對自己年輕的女兒動(dòng)了歪念,兩人也因此成為了斗氣冤家。  經(jīng)多次的交往之后,朱麗娥才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己誤會了雅歷,便對他完全改觀了,有困難的時(shí)候麗娥也主動(dòng)找雅歷幫忙。麗娥本來就是個(gè)離婚婦人,遇到了同樣感情空虛的雅歷,兩人之間很快便滋長了愛情。這時(shí),雅歷的前女友碧姬卻回來要求復(fù)合……

好像一切都很糟糕

Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night.   However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements.   Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
