 故事圍繞一對姐弟 Vira 與 Dino 展開；在父母離異后，他們與母親共同生活，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)母親逐漸“變了”。母親癡迷使用所謂的 “ajian” 和 “rajah”（護(hù)身符或咒語）為生意帶來好運(yùn)，卻漸漸伴隨著奇怪的暴力行為與精神崩潰

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　以乳鴿店立身的安德森（曾志偉 飾）赴上海創(chuàng)業(yè)，卻迷上炒房，將妻子氣死也未思悔改，這天安德森在影院偶然聽到代言新樓盤“碧水云居”的過氣演員潘志強(qiáng)（黃渤 飾）放出的“內(nèi)部消息”，遂再次籌款預(yù)搶購新房。與此同時(shí)，新婚的昔日售樓小姐羅茜（姚晨 飾）為碧水云居付出五萬訂金后，驚系該樓盤周邊林立各污染源。潘志強(qiáng)擔(dān)任樓盤主持嘉賓并為售樓公司鞍前馬后，只希望對方能為自己的新片注資，不料卻被要求退還訂金的羅茜糾纏，潘志強(qiáng)心生一計(jì)，令羅茜將房轉(zhuǎn)賣安德森，事成后自食其言拒退訂金，羅茜無奈只得曝光樓盤內(nèi)幕，結(jié)果引發(fā)連串反應(yīng)，使潘志強(qiáng)與安德森發(fā)現(xiàn)自己陷入了開發(fā)商之局，于是各人苦思脫身之法……
